Our 30-Day Return Policy
At PEPTAM Home & Kitchen, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our support team at support@peptam.com
Please include: your full name, Order Number, item name, and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Photos may be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
Return the original item following the process above. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
